Those Persons included in the Settlement may be eligible to receive a payment of up to $100, or a payment up to $15, depending upon whether they submit a valid Claim Form, and whether they can submit sufficient documentation showing that they received an applicable text message.
Please read this information carefully. Your legal rights are affected, whether you act or don’t act.
